Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Well not a story but once went into a clients house with about 15 cats in the house. Their was food everywhere in the kitchen food over the bench tops and floor. Cats in cupboards and the client talking to me saying he does not know the reason he has cockroaches and keeps finding dead rats. WELL the cockroaches due to food everywhere as you could see. And as for the rats, the cats where catching them else where and bringing them home.
How can a customer save money before you start the work?
Spring Time Is Here.. Help Preparing for Your Inspection To prepare for
your inspection, there are a few things you can do:
Remove any items from under the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen.
Remove any items within two feet of the exterior of the house. Move any
items away from the garage walls to the center of the garage. This should
eliminate us recommending a further inspection of the garage walls.
Trim back any bushes or ground cover that conceals the walls or
foundation.
If you have a crawl space or an attic with standing room, make sure that
the access opening is not blocked. If the access opening is located in a
closet, make sure that all clothing and storage items are removed
beforehand to make them accessible for the inspector.
If your home is on a raised foundation, the inspector will go under the
house and will need access.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?

So I decided to go out on my own. Now i take my time with my customers to

Meeting new people every day and no day is the same and I like what I do.
